Paintings and Digital Art
by
Beata Kubik
Bea
Kubik-Halewicz is a Polish-American artist who lives and works
in New York. She was born in 1963 in Sanok, a small town in
the southeast of Poland. She graduated from PLSP in New Wisnicz,
Poland in 1984 where she studied ceramics, painting and sculpture.
Upon graduation she received a Maturity Diploma and Professional
Title of Artist specializing in Ceramics.
In 2000 she graduated from the Hendrix Institute in Brooklyn
where she studied digital art including graphic design, web
design, and 3D design.
A
few years ago Bea moved from New York City to a small village
of Narrowsburg by Delaware River in the Catskill Mountains.
There she continued to work expanding her collection. Her
abstract oil paintings are very expressive and emotionally
charged. Her unique style produced a sequence of neo-abstract portraits
of the most profound feelings and emotions that tear
at the human sole and make it rise.
Bea's
paintings cannot be found on display anywhere in public. They
appear in private galleries only. Occasionally some of her
work may be available on E-Bay.
Her
digital art is extremely meticulous and detailed. She is a
perfectionist when it comes to creation of original digital
images.
